This makes me laugh
It's about time those corporations pay their own way. Just like all the other billion dollar businesses.

Most employers refuse to withhold for it, so at the end of the year people end up having to pay it in one lump sum. So after being unemployed for most of 2003, my gross income was about $18,000. Multnomah County shook me down for $203, and since I was late paying their extortion they added another $60 on in interest and penalties.
If those fuckers pull the same shit again in order to build a work space for a bunch of millionars, I'll personally take a shit on home plate.
